Fighting and fitness centre
TKO Fitness are offering boxing orientated exercise, MMA and Muay Thai training. We offer a range of services, which includes one on one sessions with trained boxing coaches, Qualified personal trainers and Mixed Martial Arts trainers in small and large group sessions.
We will also offer boxing training for those who want to participate in the sport or looking for a different style of training.
All our trainers have years of experience in their sport.
